I sin senaste bok varnar Elisabeth Gerle för konsekvenserna av att betrakta människor som kunder i stället för som myndiga medborgare. I samtal med filosofer och teologer genom tiderna och med fotfäste i dagens debatt lyfter hon fram andra synsätt. Vi är inte vår egen lyckas smed. Vi vet att vi är beroende av varandra.
