Lida Starodubtseva har översatt ett tjugotal böcker från svenska till ryska av Anna Jörgensdotter, Klas Östergren, Cannie Möller, Katarina Kieri och andra. Till svenska har hon nu översatt två böcker av poeten och aktivisten Daria Serenko, som är en av de 100 mest inspirerande och inflytelserika kvinnorna, enligt BBC 2023.
Nyligen debuterade hon författare med boken En oändligt lång vår (Nirstedt/litteratur, Stockholm 2023), som snabbt fick erkännande och kärlek från läsare..
