Kanske är ändå Jean Sibelius och Edvard Grieg Nordens främsta tonsättare. I vart fall om man ser till deras popularitet världen över. Här förenas de i en konsert med två av den nordiska symfonilitteraturens mest spelade verk, Edvard Griegs “Pianokonsert” och Jean Sibelius “Symfoni nr. 5”.
Akademiska kapellet spelar, director musices Patrik Andersson dirigerar och vid pianot återfinns Malmöbaserade Jesper Olsson. Konserten dubbleras i S:t Johanneskyrkan i Malmö, söndag, 5 maj.
