Axel Ruby is a multidimensional artist who, with his unique mix of indie, acid and electronic music, creates a musical experience beyond the ordinary. As the frontman of the Stockholm-based indie band Planet Ibiza, he has built a strong reputation for his energetic and unconventional live performances. The band’s concerts, often described as almost ritualistic, have attracted an ever-growing and dedicated audience. Axel and his band have had 12 sold-out concerts in Stockholm, where everything from spontaneous marriages to romantic rituals have become part of their unique live shows.
Axel Ruby has now taken the step towards a solo career where he explores his musical breadth further, with a sound that mixes influences from the 90s underground scene with modern elements of hip hop and pop. As a solo artist, Axel is known for his stage presence and ability to transform every live performance into an intense and memorable experience. His music takes the listener on a journey through emotional landscapes where love, dreams and identity are explored in a playful and at the same time profound way.
Axel has collaborated with a number of prominent producers and creators, including Alexander Juneblad (Academics), and has a strong connection to the well-known creative collective Random Bastards. His live performances offer a dynamic mix of genres and expressions, making him a sought-after act on the live scene.

The latest EP from ST PAULIE – with a confident and distinctive sound – is a voice to be reckoned with in Malmö’s music scene.
ST PAULIE is the Swedish-Mexican artist and producer who released her debut EP “Alla tjejer här e ledsna som fan” in February. The EP is a sonic journey where burning city anxiety meets Siberian cold and creates a longing beyond Malmö’s concrete gray skyline. Chewing gum melodies and rusty barbed wire travel together with the voice, which is dressed in autotune and a nostalgic vocoder, through a windswept landscape where the smell of gasoline shares the airspace with stars and helicopters.
Now ST PAULIE, in the company of her DJ, takes over Smålands Nation and delivers a mix of both the debut EP and some unreleased material.
