This is an invitation to inspiration, experiences and change.
On April 19th, we will fill a courtyard in Lund with life, flavors and ideas about a more sustainable future.
At Lilla Fiskaregatan 4 we are arranging a sustainability market with a focus on organic food processing, cultivation and how food can be connected to health and the diet of the future.
Here producers and visitors meet in a shared curiosity about raw materials, crafts and what sustainability can be in practice. During the day, specialty coffee, fika, veggie wraps and galettes from various food artisans will be served.
There will also be sustainable products for sale such as bread, cheese, flowers, preserves and marmalades.
The music is provided by DJ Mon Dee from Malmö and creates an atmospheric soundscape during the day.
In addition, we present a curated art exhibition with the artists Cartemisia, a visual artist from Santiago de Chile based in Malmö, and Elizabeth Hernandez Torres, who works with experimental textile art.
During the day we will also open up for workshops, art and mini-lectures. It’s not just about showing off, but about sharing knowledge, inspiring and sparking new ideas.
Keep an eye out for our program!
