Karl Jenkins Requiem
Välkommen till Ord om Gud där Allhelgonaförsamlingens organist Sofia Östling introducerar Karl Jenkins Requiem. Jenkins verk, som förenar den latinska dödsmässans texter med japanska haiku, kommer att introduceras ur både ett musikaliskt och kulturellt perspektiv.
Sofia Östling går igenom verkets struktur, musikaliska tekniker och symbolik, samt dess mottagande och betydelse i modern körmusik. Missa inte denna chans att fördjupa din förståelse för ett unikt musikaliskt mästerverk som även kommer att framföras i sin helhet i Allhelgonakyrkan 10 november kl. 17.00.
