I dag blir det visning i Dräktmod som är en del av utställningen Folkkonst & Design. Intendent Karin Hindfelt är guide!
I utställningen Dräktmod visar vi de allra mest traditionella av våra klädedräkter. Det handlar om plagg som sett nästan likadana ut under århundraden; om plagg som varit ”inne” och ”ute” och som tillverkats av tyger som bevarats, ärvts och sytts om. Det som var vanligt förr, har idag blivit något alldeles unikt i en tid då det krävs mod för att vara folklig. Ålderdomligt eller alldeles modernt?
Ingår i entréavgiften, ingen förhandsbokning. Samling på baksidan av Vita huset (entréhuset), där det finns en skylt som visar samlingsplatsen.
